I should have noted above that the two most prolific podium finishers in the series weren’t on the starting grid in Waterloo: Anthony James moved up to Cat 3 and Andrew Stevens didn’t make the trip from Racine. I never got close to beating James this year, and I think my early success against Stevens may have been an aberration.
