Today Wisconsin lost perhaps the greatest advocate for bicycling that it has ever known. Back in 2006, it was my pleasure to meet Wheel & Sprocket CEO Chris Kegel in Whitewater at the end of the first day of the MS 150 Best Dam Bike Tour.
